Sheri is the founder of Main Street Counseling Center. She addresses the clinical issues that brings one to therapy while building healthy communication, relational and coping skills to manage life's stressors. Sheri assists her clients in strengthening their emotional, spiritual and physical health so they can achieve more balanced lives.
Sheri has 20+ years of therapy experience, specializing in the following areas: Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples/Family, Parenting, Divorce Recovery, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anger Management, Addiction, Grief, Social Skills Groups for Youth, Aspergers, PDD and ADHD.
Sheri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Houston and Bachelors in Social Work from Northern Michigan University.
Judy Newgren, LCSW, CSW-G
Judy assists clients in reaching their full potential by assisting them in defining their goals. She helps to work on skills and strategies to accomplish these goals by utilizing a Solution Focused Approach in a warm, caring therapeutic environment.
Judy has 20 plus years of experience working with children, individuals, couples and families. Specializing in the following areas: Parenting, Marriage/Relationship, Divorce Recovery, Parent-caring, Grief, Addiction, Anxiety and Depression, and Life Transitions.
Judy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with certifications through NASW in Geriatrics and Case Management. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota and Master’s Degree at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Beverly Stubblefield, LPC, LCDC, LMFT
Beverly uses a Cognitive Behavioral solution focused therapy approach. Her role is to provide a warm and caring therapeutic environment that allows and encourages a process of personal discovery and growth. When stress and life issues take away joy, hope and satisfaction, therapy can help bring focus to issues and help develop positive goals for treatment.
Beverly has over 25 years of experience working with families, couples and individuals. Specializing in the following areas: Marriage/Relationship, Child/Adolescent, Addiction, Grief/Loss, Anxiety and Depression.
Beverly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with certifications as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas in Denton and her Masters Degree at East Texas State in Commerce.
Sable Gonyea, MSW, LCSW
Sable aims to build a strong therapeutic relationship in order to best help clients reach goals and overcome challenges. She has a warm empathetic approach and integrates a variety of different counseling theories and techniques for an individualized and holistic treatment plan catered to the unique needs of each client. A true social worker at heart, Sable helps clients to improve health physically, psychologically, and socially.
Sable has been involved in the social work field for over 10 years working in domestic violence prevention, suicide prevention, residential treatment for adolescent girls, mental health, crisis and trauma, police social work, critical incident response, public speaking, and school counseling. Her therapy experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples/family. Sable specializes in working with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, the psychotic disorders, grief and loss, pregnancy and infant loss, crisis and trauma, anger management, life transition issues, improving self-care and work/life balance, coping skill development, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy group and individual treatment.
Sable is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University (Aurora, IL) and Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from William Woods University (Fulton, MO).
